How to Register

The preferred method for registration is the online secured

registration form. Registrations will be accepted on the official

registration form only. Photocopies of the form are acceptable.

Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order,

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.

What's Included

​Your CE Certificate is included in the fee.  Included in your registration price are both the Friday and Saturday continental breakfast and lunch. Beverage breaks are also included.

Online registrants will receive immediate confirmations/receipts via email. All other registrants will receive emailed confirmations/receipts of registration once processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact AzCA before the Annual Conference to guarantee receipt of your registration. 

Cancellation, Refund Policy & Substitutions

Registration cancellations prior to or on January 6 will incur no penalty. Cancellations after January 6 are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to AzCA and received by January 20. No refunds will be made on cancellations made after January 20 because committed funds and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.  For substitutions made on or before January 6, there will be no charges. For substitutions after January 6, $ 25 fee will be charged for any substitution.  



If AzCA cannot hold the Counselor Conference due to acts of nature, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilitating other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid attendee will receive a copy of the annual conference handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed conference expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants. AzCA  is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants in connection with the annual conference.
