Research Letter of Sponsorship: The program abstract form must be accompanied by a letter of sponsorship from a department chair, program director, or supervisor of the contestant who is a member of the Arizona Counselors Association. This letter must attest to the originality of this research and its compliance with the rules of the contest.​

Research Abstract: Please provide your Cover Page, Letter of Sponsorship and Abstract. Abstracts should be 500 words or less. If abstract is based on original research that was funded by an outside source, you must include the name of the funding source.  Abstracts may be submitted using the following fields and/or uploaded document. Those uploading an abstract document must contain the following sections and headers: Introduction/Background; Methods; Results; Conclusion​

Upload Literature Review: A literature review that is structured around: (1) Defining a research question; (2) Deciding on a scope of the review; (3) Selecting the databases, (4) Conducting the search, and (5) Reporting the results. A literature review is eligible to participate BUT is not eligible for competition and awards recognition. Space is limited and if original research presentations show a great response, literature reviews may be spaced out.
